Urban data and policy specialist with 7+ years of experience at the intersection of urban governance, data analytics and innovation. Currently Data Officer in the Policy department at Metropolis, World Association of the Major Metropolises, leading Metro Futures, a global platform that helps 70+ cities benchmark their performance, compare policies and learn from their peers, with peer-learning labs on innovation and foresight run with city directors worldwide.

Data-driven policy work for the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and the Barcelona Supercomputing Center; contribution to the Barcelona Metropolitan Urban Master Plan (PDU). Faculty at IAAC, teaching urban data analysis in the Master in City and Technology and the Maestría en Urbanismos Próximos.

Work recognised by the New European Bauhaus, LINA - European architecture platform (25 emerging thinkers in architecture and urbanism in Europe, 2022), the Spanish Architecture and Urbanism Biennial (BEAU 2025), the Timișoara Architecture Biennial, the Kosovo Architecture Foundation, the Mostra di Architettura di Venezia, and MODEL and Barcelona Architecture Week.

XII Arquia Fellowship (2026) in New York, to research migrant neighbourhoods and urban integration as Visiting Scholar at Columbia University, in a project on Soluble Neighbourhood.
