Welcome to the Mediterranean diet walk!


This was a three hours walk where we were walking in the north part of Seville’s historic centre. For us, going on a walk is an aesthetic act, like thinking with our feet.

During the promenade, we discovered the day to day activity of the city, while seeing our daily
routines as something beautiful, as something to celebrate. This is the way we live in the mediterranean city. The Mediterranean diet is a way of life.

This route were made by laPlasita, a group of architects and artists who investigate and develop projects about the city and food, to improve the life in the city and take care
